No disciplemaking leader journeys alone! The Disciplemaking Pastors Community was birthed from the burden to create a relational and missional “safe people, safe place” pastoral leadership community. Here, leaders are refreshed in Jesus and sharpened alongside one another to serve in Jesus’ Great Commission.

In 2024, we launched this community with a two-year Leadership Series (On Leading by Envisioning, Expositing, Exemplifying, Equipping, Encouraging, Enlisting, Enabling and Empowering). We are grateful to God for over 70 leaders (from over 40 churches and Christian organisations) who been enriched through our first two gatherings. Through fireside chats and personal sharing from various pastor-practitioners, leaders were able to connect and have extended dialogue at their tables and over lunch fellowship.

This leadership community meets formally twice a year and welcomes all leaders (eg. Pastor, ministry leader, board member, small group leader) who desire to grow in disciplemaking and leadership. Join us at our next gathering (click here) and invite others along!
